Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Eye Colour 'Sand Glow'

Laura Mercier makes some truly beautiful products. The Caviar Stick Eye Colour in 'Sand Glow' is no exception. It's a cream eyeshadow in stick form. Sand Glow is a complex golden bronze shimmery color that truly glows. It's stunning, even when worn by itself. When the light hits, it shimmers beautifully. I love eyeshadows that can be worn alone during the day, and this one makes a beautiful daytime smoky eye.

You can apply the Caviar Sticks in a couple different ways. My favorite way is to swipe it straight on to the lid and blend it out with my finger. You can also blend it out with a brush or apply it to the lid with a brush and blend. Laura Mercier Caviar Sticks can be used as an eyeshadow base or eyeshadow and are perfect for creating a smoky look. I love how versatile it is (I love my multitasking products!). I'm looking forward to wearing this in the warmer months. It's so easy to use and has great color payoff even without an eye primer. I was shocked that when I first swatched this, I could not get it off, even with soap and water. It would not come off until I used makeup remover. That really impressed me. I've been eyeing the Caviar Stick color "Rosegold" and may get that next.
