For those of you who are gluten free but not dairy free, and like to up your dairy intake to compensate for the lack of gluten in your life, this is a great source of protein and a very flavorful snack. I kept reading in magazines and articles to eat Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt or as a substitute for healthier dips. What the articles didn't say was that you may have to get used to the taste at first if you are eating it by itself and going for the nonfat version. The plain versions can be sour, and I have tried many different Greek yogurts and would like to share my favorites. Since the plain nonfat kind has more protein and less sugar, I dip grapes or apples into it and alternate between this one and the sweeter versions with fruit. The Dannon brand with strawberries, honey, vanilla, etc. are excellent and Chobani brand offers great flavors as well, and they are slightly higher in protein and have less sugar.
