Gluten free grilled cheese using Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Bread
I previously posted a review about Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread, which you can read here. This is still one of my favorite, most purchased gluten free foods. Not only is it tasty, it is also one of the easiest gluten free breads to use for meals. It doesn't crumble, you can easily freeze it to have it on hand, and the flavor is always good.
Have you tried any Canyon Bakehouse breads?
