Losing/maintaining weight with fitbit

I have a new obsession with fitbit. It's a neat device that you can wear on your hip and it will track the amount of steps you take, the amount of miles you walk, and the calories you burn throughout the day. At night, you attach it to the fitbit wristband and it will track your sleep efficiency. Once you plug in the device to your computer and sign up on their website, it shows you a breakdown of how long it took for you to fall asleep, the amount of time you were actually asleep vs. just lying in bed, and how many times you woke up throughout the night. On top of this, you can log the food you eat all day on their website (many food and beverages are already logged, so you can search and log or add your own nutrition info and log as you please) and it will break down your daily intake and give you the percentages for your carb, fat, and protein consumption. What I love most is when I log my daily food intake, I am constantly trying to up the protein and lower the carbs, so if you are a visual person, this is almost like trying to get a better grade on your next test. The website is free and you don't have to pay monthly, you just purchase fitbit and use the website! For more information, or to purchase, go to http://www.fitbit.com/.
