Gluten Free Toaster Pastries Coming Soon

There are a lot of gluten free products on the market, even over the last few years since I have been diagnosed many products and brands have emerged, so I have been quite lucky. One thing I've been waiting to see in stores is gluten free toaster pastries. I always pop by the aisles with Pop Tarts and have hoped to some day see a gluten-free option (there are a few recipes out there, but I really miss the convenience of unwrapping them and popping them in the toaster on my way out the door in the morning). Well, thank goodness, the wait is almost over! Coming summer 2011, Eco-Planet is coming out with gluten free toaster pastries in 3 flavors: Blueberry, Straweberry, and Brown Sugar & Cinnamon.

    I still can find them- their website still says "coming soon to a retailer near you"...it is passed summer 2011 and my son is craving some toaster pastries. The homemade ones I attempted to make were an epic FAIL!!! Any word?

    I've tried contacting them several times and have not heard back. I will post an update if I find anything out!

    Our oven is installed. We are awaiting the last components. Looks like November 15th for shipping to our distributors. They will be available on the website that date as well.

    We are doing these right and don't want to compromise anything!!!
