bareMinerals® 'Stroke of Light™' Eye Brightener
($22 for 0.18 fl. oz.) is a very creamy, illuminating, and effective concealer
for the under eye area. It comes in a thin, long plastic tube (thinner but a
little longer than your average mascara) and has a doe foot applicator. I have
it in the color ‘Luminous 2’ and it comes in a total of four shades (Luminous
1, 2, 3, 4). Luminous 2 is a light yellow beige. I use this for my under eye
area and have personally used this for other areas of the face to lighten dark
spots or highlight features. I have also tried this product on my mom and it
works beautifully on her as well. It has a comfortable feel that’s not too light
but not too heavy and blends like a dream. The way it blends makes it easy to
put it on half way through the day if you need a little freshening up. If you don’t have a lot of experience using
concealer for your under eye area, I highly recommend this because the formula
is very easy to work with. Overall, this is a great product with many uses. It does
not cake or settle into fine lines.
