A few weeks ago I went to California Pizza Kitchen completely excited about their new gluten-free crust. To my dismay, after ordering, I found out they are not offering gluten-free pizza until further notice. I was told that due to their ovens, cross contamination had become an issue and until they figured out a solution they would not have gluten-free pizza at any of their locations. I instead had the "Sedona Tortilla" soup and a salad. It was nice having the option to have soup since most soups almost always have gluten in them. I highly recommend the soup and they do offer a lot of gluten-free salad options. They address the gluten free issue here. I know what you're thinking, it's still not the same as being able to have pizza!
