Neiman Marcus has "Midday Dash" sales and sometimes has other surprise "dashes" at other times during the day. Don't take the word "dash" lightly, since the prices are shocking! Saks Fifth Avenue has "Saks Fashion Fix" sales with items up to 70% off at times. Score designer apparel, shoes, and accessories for great prices, and do it quickly since these sales are extremely limited in time. They also have limited quantities available and people snatch what they can quickly. They will e-mail you the morning of the sale, or only a couple hours (or less) before it starts, so you'll want to make sure you keep an eye out for their surprise e-mails!
